How do you describe your style?
Editorial, but not stiff. Documentary, but not detached. We intentionally live somewhere in the middle. We don't think you should have to choose between photos that look beautiful and photos that actually feel like your day. So we do both.
Our images are artful and intentional, with real color, depth, and a cinematic quality, but they're also full of the stuff that actually happened. We shoot with both digital and film cameras to capture your event with the medium that tells the story best.
The short version: your photos will still look damn good in 50 years, and they'll feel like you, too.
Who will be at our event?
It depends on your event size, location, and needs. Whoever you book—Charla or Alison—is your lead photographer and will be there running the show. We build out the rest of the team from there, and we collaborate with videographers and content creators so the full production feels cohesive. Your experience is always the top priority.
Do you pose your couples?
Yes, but we think of it less as posing and more as elevating what's already there.
We pay attention to how you naturally interact with each other, then use that as a starting point. Sometimes that means a subtle adjustment to how you're standing. Sometimes it's a gentle nudge into something that feels more like you. The goal is always for it to feel natural, because the best photos usually do.
That said, we're not going to stop a real moment to make it look perfect. If something's unfolding in front of us, we get out of the way and let it happen. Candids are just as much a part of your gallery as portraits are.
Do you offer content creation?
Yes we do, and it's perfect for couples who want something to share right away! Think behind-the-scenes iPhone footage and social media-ready content, that raw, in-the-moment feel that's different from your polished gallery. It's a great complement to photography and professional videography, and perfect if you want something in your hands before your full gallery is delivered.

We come prepared. Between our decades of combined experience and the work we do before your wedding day even starts, we know your timeline, we've already connected with your planner, and we show up ready to execute. There's no figuring it out on the fly.
On the day, our job is to capture everything beautifully while staying completely out of your way. We're easy to work with, for you and your planner, and we've been doing this long enough to handle whatever comes up without making it your problem.
